SUNGLASSES Chinese Laundry

Last weekend I took a trip up to York to see one of my closest friends and check out the city (and nightlife)! People have told me how beautiful York is but that really doesn’t do it justice. I fell in love with the abundance of character and culture you’re immediately immersed in, and the quirkiness of the old buildings and streets. Beth showed me some of her favourite parts, including the incredible art gallery, and shops to make any vintage lover (like me) weak at the knees. I’ve been rooting around for ages trying to find some retro sunglasses, and I found the perfect pair in Chinese Laundry, one of the coolest vintage shops I’ve ever seen! Also: the fudge shops give out free samples (?!!) and there’s an alley where some of Harry Potter was filmed. I will be returning.
